Jerry is a native of north Texas. He graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and also earned his MBA from the University of Dallas in December 2002 with a major in E-Business. In 1978 his aviation career began with INA/Cigna in the Marine & Aviation unit, ultimately assuming the role of Aviation Branch Manager for Cigna in their Seattle office. He has worked as a marketing representative for a major defense aerospace company, as well as an Underwriting Manager and Regional Vice President for an aviation insurance company based in Dallas. Jerry has managed the insurance programs for a wide variety of aviation risks, ranging from small fixed based operations to large complex commercial turbine fleets. Jerry has been a licensed pilot since 1981 and is currently pursuing his CPCU designation.
