Bill Kingsley

Bill brings a background with the unique combination of aviation, insurance and business experience that enhances his ability to appreciate the challenges of aviation insurance. Bill has worked in the industry since 1990, many years of which were with the large national underwriting companies of American Eagle Group and USAIG. His experience in those companies includes direct underwriting; developing underwriting manuals; responsibility for the company's owner-flown aircraft book of business encompassing over 20,000 aircraft; and responsibility for the company's entire commercial aviation book of business. In addition, Bill has experience as an entrepreneur in the corporate aviation services business. Bill received his undergraduate and masters degrees in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which he later combined with a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Insurance Institute and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Bill is a Commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings including a Citation type rating, as well as a licensed CFI, CFII and a CFI-ME.
