Unfortunate events happen. That is why you purchased insurance. We are here to help you when such events take place. If you need to report a claim, please contact B.J. Goodheart or Marty Rincon, our Claims Specialists, for assistance. B.J. and Marty will gather required information and report the claim to the appropriate claims adjuster for proper handling. After the claim has been received by the insurer, B.J. and Marty will continue contact with you and the adjuster to make certain the claim progresses properly and smoothly.
